Second-Ranking Senate Democrat Calls Protests at Homes of SCOTUS Justices ‘Reprehensible’
On Tuesday, Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer said he was comfortable with protests outside the homes of sitting Supreme Court justices so long as the protests are peaceful.
Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois, the second-highest ranking Democrat in the Senate, says this morning that such protests are “reprehensible”:
