Senate Condemns MoveOn Ad; Where Was Barack?

According to the Senate website, at 11:58 this morning, Sen. Obama voted in favor of the Boxer Amendment, which was a move to:

reaffirm strong support for all the men and women of the United States Armed Forces and to strongly condemn attacks on the honor, integrity, and patriotism of any individual who is serving or has served honorably in the United States Armed Forces, by any person or organization.

That measure was rejected, 51 to 46.

The Cornyn Amendment was voted on 38 minutes later, at 12:36 p.m. Obama did not vote.

Note: Sen. Biden did not vote on either amendment.
