Another reason I want Jeff Sessions in the GOP leadership: A birdie tells me that on Laura Ingraham’s show today Jon Kyl said that filibustering President Bush and the Dems over immigration are not off the table.
A strong conservative in the policy slot – Sessions has been a leader on immigration – sure wouldn’t hurt that emotion. A better bet that bad policy won’t have free reign when the White House and Nancy and Harry are legislatively group hugging?
