Looks like Harry Reid can’t get 60 for cloture on the Senate’s financial-regulation bill. He won Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins but lost Maria Cantwell (D., Wash.) and Russ Feingold (D., Wis.). Scott Brown was a no. It’s looking like Arlen Specter didn’t vote.
