The other day I passed along the news that John Morton, the nation’s top immigration cop, told the Chicago Tribune the federal government would “not necessarily” enforce the Arizona immigration law by processing illegals arrested via it.
Appearing on Fox News today, Sen. Jeff Sessions (R., Ala.) rebuked Morton and said that the failure to enforce the law would amont to “not fulfilling the responsibilities of his office.”
