Setting the Tone

This Constitution reading sets the tone for the new Congress. The Left (of course) and some on the Right (who are looking at all this from a too technical-legal view) see it as of no meaning but I think it lays the premise for the political debates to come. One of the first will be with the constitutional citation for repealing Obamacare, which has been drafted to be an assertion of Congress’ independent responsibility to uphold the Constitution.
