The Corner

Shock Warning

For those interested in the further adventures of “Devlin,” my anonymous operative of the Central Security Service (bet you didn’t even know there was such a thing), my friend and former Breitbart colleague, John Nolte, has posted two excerpts from Shock Warning over at Big Hollywood. You can find them here and here.

In the first, media mogul Jake Sinclair has just been informed of a horrible disaster in California, which he hopes to use as a weapon against the incumbent president, Jeb Tyler, in order to deliver the Oval Office to Angela Hassett, with whom he hopes to have an affair. In the meantime, he’s also lusting after his prize reporter, Principessa Stanley, who treats him with the contempt he deserves.

The second finds Devlin and his partner, Maryam, in the holy city of Qom as the Iranian nuclear program rushes to come on line and they rush to stop it.

The Kindle edition will be available on Oct. 4.
