A man with an “assault-type” rifle fired 15 to 20 shots within a federal courthouse in Wheeling, W. Va., before being shot and critically injured by security officers, the AP reports. One officer was hurt by shattered glass, but no other injuries were reported.
Officials are still attempting to determine the motive.
