Well, if today’s threads are open to Crown-Forum author self-promos from part-time Cornerites like Rod and me, then I might as well throw my offering in the ring. Greatness is due out from Crown-Forum in October. It is a comparison of Reagan and Churchill, and grew in part out of the NR piece I wrote last year after Reagan’s death. It breaks with Crown-Forum tradition by having a short subtitle: “Reagan, Churchill, and the Making of Extraordinary Leaders.” (I had a different title in mind, but rather like the publisher’s choice, since I can now say that I wrote the book on greatness. If only I was still single. . .)
