Ramesh, You are quite right, I know very little about Vatican II. Since I only mentioned it briefly in passing, though, surely it wouldn’t be too much trouble for you to put me right where I was wrong.

So where was I wrong? In asserting that Vatican II took place in my lifetime? In asserting that it brought about changes in Church teaching? In saying that conservative Catholics can sometimes be heard compaining about it? On which point am I wrong?
