This Is So Disturbing On So Many Levels

Just listen to the lyrics as the 14 year-old Michael Jackson and a much older Roberta Flack sing “When I Grow Up” from the touchy-feely kids’ album/TV special of the 1970s, “Free to Be You And Me.” (Confession: My three year-old daughter Shayna loves “Free to Be You and Me.” I’m sorry to say I simply cannot vouch for her ideologically. But man, is she cute. Just like her mom, who is also ideologically suspect.)
