The audience was screaming last night in that Leno audience (video here) — as if it were 1964 and he were the Beatles. The president went to Leno so he could get that campaign adulation buzz all over again. Enough with the Simon Cowells. This is Barack Obama. Our lives would suck without him. Don’t make him play by Idle rules!
