There’s something a bit odd about this Keith Olbermann excerpt:  

“There was one exchange that underscores the one danger in this thing,” begins the host,  before going on to explain the President’s “joke”. “That’s the only problem – in that comfortable setting…”

Really? In “comfortable” settings even impeccably PC men forget themselves and start doing disabled gags? Strange way of putting it.

Jim Treacher has the director’s cut of the Obama routine, and Jules Crittenden feels our pal Michael Graham is ill-advised to give the President a pass. (He also detects a racist undercurrent to my post of yesterday. Actually, I was only quoting the Brit spelling of the Telegraph, but as a point of principle I always accept all accusations of racism.)
