State Ags Sue Epa

Maine, Connecticut, and Massachusetts filed suit against the EPA yesterday, charging that the EPA has a legal obligation to regulate emissions of carbon dioxide. I previewed the litigation here, arguing that the suit is on weak legal ground, but the Bush EPA has taken steps that strengthen the states’ position.
