All parents, or for that matter all purchasers of toys, know that
sinking feeling when you realize the toy works nothing like the
commercial, or the picture on the box, or what you or your kid
thought. But these air pressure-powered rockets purchased today at the science
museum, work incredibly well. My 11-year-old put the launcher
together in minutes, and we had perhaps 20 successful flights. The
highest went really high, maybe 500 feet. It was literally out of
sight.
