Stimulus Rejectionism

Tennessee’s (Democratic) governor says he may also turn down a portion of the stimulus funding slated for his state. He has in mind the same portion some Republican governors have said they will not take, and for the same reason: because they require permanent state commitments but provide temporary federal funds.
