The last of the undecided House races is over. Republican Steve Stivers, whom I wrote about here, has conceded to Democrat Mary Jo Kilroy in Ohio’s 15th. Provisional ballots cast in Franklin County (Columbus) played the pivotal role in Kilroy’s victory, which would seem to indicate a strong Obama-coattails effect. Still, it’s alarming that turnout in the more conservative suburbs outside Columbus wasn’t high enough to put Stivers over the top.
