I have a friend who works with the GOP in MO and with the GOTV effort there, and when I emailed him your post about the Senate internals, he said, “That’s exactly right.” On a sidenote, he’s confident that GOP will replicate ‘04 turnout this year, and he thinks that will put Talent over the top. His exact words are, “If we do what we think we’re going to do as far as turnout, then we’ll win.”
Next time, ask about Montana’s internals. The public polls show a definite tightening, and Novak mentioned it as well.
ME: On MT, a lot of people have asked, but I couldn’t get anything on that—everyone believes it’s tightened though.
