Jonah, After seeing ” The Dark Knight” three times, including once on I-Max I have concluded that there is a surprise cameo by Sgt. O’Hara from the old Batman TV series. Pay careful attention during the funeral parade. He appears in the foreground for a second or two. This appearance is either computer generated or a ghostly apparition since the actor has been dead since 1975.

I think your reader may have been unnerved by the apparition: It was Chief O’Hara, not sergeant. Let this fine, upstanding public servant keep his rank in the afterlife, please. 🙂
