Some Kurdish contacts have suggested that Iraqi President Jalal Talabani is back at the Mayo Clinic. Passing mention is made in this Minnesota newspaper. Contrary to the Iraqi Embassy statement, though, multiple Kurdish sources close to the Talabani family say the problem is not the president’s knee.
