Ali Alfoneh has translated this weekend’s show trials for those that have asked for the Iran News Round Ups to be e-mailed to them. They’re worth following: Those forced to confess are fingering not only candidate Mir-Hossein Mousavi, but also former presidents Mohammad Khatami and Hashemi Rafsanjani has being complicit in a foreign plot to betray the revolution. Get ready for a larger purge, if not exile for these officials or “accidents” affecting their health. Meanwhile, both Rafsanjani and, reportedly Khatami, were busy with travel and so had to miss Ahmadinejad’s inauguration . . .
