Thanks for Blurting Out the Truth

Sometimes, the woke zealots in our educational institutions hurt their cause by inadvertently blurting out the truth about their views. That was the case recently at Johns Hopkins, where the medical school’s chief diversity officer made her view of the world crystal clear.

As we read here, Dr. Sherita Golden declared that some people are “given” privileges and others are not. Oops. With national attention focused on higher education after the Claudine Gay/Liz Magill debacle, Johns Hopkins had to step in:

“The January edition of the monthly newsletter from the Johns Hopkins Medicine Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Health Equity used language that contradicts the values of Johns Hopkins as an institution,” a Johns Hopkins Medicine spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “Dr. Sherita Golden, Johns Hopkins Medicine’s Chief Diversity Officer, has sincerely acknowledged this mistake and retracted the language used in the message.”

But we know it wasn’t a “mistake.” Dr. Golden isn’t a high-schooler pounding out a social-media post. She revealed just how the DEI crowd views the United States and why they are dedicated to a radical transformation to bring about “equity.”
