Correction: Romney-Israel story

BOSTON

In an Aug. 3 story about Gov. Mitt Romney planning to travel to Israel as part of a trip arranged by a pro-Israel lobbying group, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the American Israel Public Affairs Committee spends tens of millions of dollars lobbying Congress. The organization said it spends $1.3 million a year on lobbying. The story also misspelled the last name of the group’s spokesman. He is Josh Block, not Bloch.
