The Wall Street Journal reports that fitness is being taken seriously by . . . players of video games. One gaming addict “starts each morning with yoga poses, torso twists, finger stretches and planks. He gulps down ginger smoothies to ward off joint inflammations. And after every match, he ices his wrists.” All this, to stay in shape for a strategy contest played on the computer called “StarCraft 2.” Who knew gaming was so strenuous? Maybe video games will Make America Fit Again.
