The Good and the Bad in Anti-CRT Bills

Republican state legislators are trying to keep left-wing indoctrination out of the classroom. A lot of the criticisms of their bills are off-base. But it’s unfortunately true that a lot of them are badly written. At Bloomberg Opinion, I try to sort through the issues.

One conclusion, of wide applicability: You’re not going to understand this controversy well if you rely on the coverage in the New York Times.
