The leaders of many American colleges and universities have long shown that they have no backbone when it comes to opposing radical elements who want to subvert our institutions. Progressives who envision an egalitarian utopia have been allowed to have their way. Now comes the Islamists who have an agenda of destroying Israel and imposing Sharia law everywhere.
In today’s Martin Center article, A. J. Caschetta details the tactics they are using to get their way.
He writes:
The leadership of the “Student Intifada,” the National Students for Justice in Palestine (NSJP), has escalated its war against normalcy and decency in academia. Its incrementalist approach to taking over every campus (as it has haughtily claimed is inevitable) began with targeting students, moved on to targeting faculty, and has now put university presidents and trustees in its cross hairs.
Examples: The president of Cornell University was recently subjected to mob action by Intifada students; the University of Michigan’s president has been targeted, along with other university officials, with property attacks; and trustees at The George Washington University are now in the crosshairs.
