At least once a week these days, I’ll read an article by a left-winger who complains that the Supreme Court has too much power and needs to be cut down to size — and whose chief complaint is Dobbs. Here’s the latest example. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: You can’t have a weaker judiciary and have Roe v. Wade back, too.
