At last! Huntington Bulldogs 12-year-old “red” team were a little slow getting started this year, but finally pulled off a win against the Wyandanch Jets.
All right, it was only 2-0 on a safety—the smallest win score possible in this amazing game—but we’ll take it (and with all respect to Wyandanch, who played a great sporting game). Onward and upward!
(And as well as being a satisfactory result for the Bulldogs, the game was superbly organized and managed, the chain crew in particular performing their functions with superb professionalism…)
