The Times’s Self-Censorship

Byron, nice catch. What I don’t understand about the Times’s refusal to acknowledge things like this is what they think they’re getting away with. Your generic NY Times reader is likely to forgive Obama for pretty much anything Jeremiah Wright does or says. And if the Times thought they could keep the media from noticing the statement if they refused to mention it, they really do live in a bunker.
