There have been several reports in the last three weeks that Iran is preparing to build missile bases in Venezuela’s Paraguana Peninsula. There also have  been several reports in the last week that, despite setbacks due to the Stuxnet worm, Iran’s nuclear program proceeds apace. A RAND nuclear expert estimates that Iran will have enough weapons-grade material by the end of this summer to make a nuclear bomb.
