Trade is Not a “Playing Field”

We’re going to face “much tougher competition” from China, says Romney. How do we compete with them in a way that the trade is done on a “level playing field?” 

Giuliani: “We can be thinking like aggressive, entrepreneurial Americans” and find export opportunities in the burgeoning market there.  Solid answer — a no-brainer, even. That seems like a strange question for Romney to ask. What would he do to “level the playing field?”
