It is well established that some teenage girls choose to identify as boys to escape the difficulties of female adolescence. Now the Daily Caller reports that some young men see transitioning as a solution to sexual frustration. These “transmaxxers,” an online “community of men who consider themselves involuntarily celibate, or ‘incels,’ are transitioning to the opposite sex to escape sexual rejection and improve their lives.”
One such individual wrote that he discovered this path when he got a new therapist. The therapist, he said, “referred me to a new general practitioner he knows. Obviously I told him nothing about being incel or hating females. Only that I always felt like a girl, which was a massive lie.” This individual intends to keep his genitals intact, while using cross-sex hormones to improve sexual sensations and expand his dating pool.
The transmaxxers’ online manifesto promises: “Since females have the upper hand on the dating market, transitioning from male to female will usually improve your options when it comes to getting sex.”
It used to be that some men would lie about their profession to get women into bed. Now it seems some will lie about being trans.
