Donald Trump, claiming credit for coining the phrase “make America great again,” accused Governor Scott Walker (R., Wis.) of plagiarism.

“I can come up with other themes, but so can they,” Trump said at the South Carolina Freedom Summit, before mentioning Walker. “He saw me make the speech . . . then he copied my theme.”

Walker wrapped up a rousing speech with the special phrase. “This is the time when we can look back and tell future generations [that] we were there, we heeded the call, we did what was required to make America great again,” he said.
