I wonder whether in the moments between when Trump suddenly and casually reversed himself on a core immigration issue (the much-abused H1B-visa program) and his reversing his reversal it occurred to Senator Jeff Sessions that he has made a terrible error in judgment — a catastrophic error in judgment, in fact.
This is your mess now, too, Senator Sessions. This ridiculous weathervane is the man you have chosen as your champion on the domestic issue you care about most.
