It seems that Barnes and Noble bookstores are afraid to put Kate’s book on their shelves. I’ve received more than one phone call in the past week from concerned subscribers who can’t find Kate’s book. The most recent caller, from San Jose, Calif., said she just tried to buy a copy of the book for her teenage daughter, but couldn’t find it on the shelves. When she asked the B&N clerk if they were hiding it, he replied, “Yes.”
