The show has been cancelled, which strikes me as idiotic, not least because the Terminator franchise has just been given an enormous boost with the new Terminator: Salvation movie. The show really hit its stride this year, and I am very bummed the cliffhanger ending will not be resolved.
I really think they should at least come out with a straight-to-DVD movie that wraps everything up. And I’m sure some fans of the show — though not me of course — wouldn’t be opposed to some R-ratedness if you know what I mean.
Barring that, perhaps they could do a graphic novel follow-up like Joss Whedon did with Angel and Buffy (the Angel books are better than the Buffy books, for the record).
