In articles today about the latest O.J. Simpson trial, I keep reading the words “all-white jury.” In fact, the very first words of the Associated Press report are “An all-white jury . . .”
Do you ever see the words “all-black jury”? If not, should you?
If I had the answer, I’d give it, but I don’t, so I will merely pose the question. (I know that a blogger is supposed to answer everything, preferably glibly. But sometimes a question is . . . well, dare I say above my pay grade?)
