TX-23 Looks Good for GOP

With nearly 70,000 votes tabulated, Quico Canseco is ahead of Democratic incumbent Ciro Rodriguez by 7,700 votes. This district is heavily Hispanic, but it is also heavily populated by undocumented aliens, so a lead of this margin looks very good.
