As Mark Udall’s upcoming Senate race becomes increasingly competitive, the Colorado Democrat skirted whether he wanted to campaign with President Obama later this year. In fact, the first-term senator refused four times to answer questions about whether he’d do so.
“We’ll see what the president’s schedule is; we’ll see what my schedule is,” Udall said in his third dodge.
“Wow — one more chance? You’re not going to say yes or no, are you?” CNN’s Dana Bash asked.
“We’ll see what the schedule allows,” he replied.
