The next major event in this ongoing legal action will take place on November 25 in the D.C. Court of Appeals, which will hear oral arguments from National Review, CEI, Rand Simberg, and Mann. The court will consider the jurisdictional issue of whether the appeal is proper at this time, and will also consider the merits of whether Mann’s lawsuit should be dismissed.
