U.S. to Overhaul Iranian Aircraft

On May 31, Condoleezza Rice offered incentives to Iran if it agreed to suspend uranium enrichment.  Iran refused.  So what does the State Department do?  Provide the incentives anyway.  This is not realism; it is just unwise.
