Report from my Allen campaign sources. They say turnout is uniformly heavy across Fairfax County. None of the precincts are light. But long lines have less to do with turnout than confusion of the constitutional amendments on the ballots. The general good news for Allen is that no precinct is likely to hit a presidential level turnout. It will be somewhere between 2004 and 2005 elections in Virginia.
