Read the book’s opening and realize the editor Rod is talking about is me. Blame me for the vexing. I, who has never and will never own Birkenstocks, inspired Rod to discover this so-called crunchy-conservatism with one throwaway comment (the power of words, even in passing on a Friday night!).
I do think–and hope–Rod’s book will do well.
I also think and hope Kate O’Beirne Jan. 31 release, Women Who Make the World Worse : and How Their Radical Feminist Assault Is Ruining Our Schools, Families, Military, and Sports will do well. As you can imagine, Kate and I are simpatico on liberal feminism. You’ll enjoy her book.
