In the final segment of my interview with Victor Davis Hanson, up today on NRO TV, Victor steps back from Iraq, Iran, and other issues of the day, explaining why he dedicated his professional life to the study of military history. There must never come a day, he argues, when Americans can pass the national cemetaries of Arlington or San Francisco without grasping why those thousands of young men lie in early graves. Powerful–and beautiful.
