Victory Is Ours — but There Are Fights Still to Come

The U.S. Supreme Court building in Washington, D.C. (Elizabeth Frantz/Reuters)

The Supreme Court and the conservative legal project have been under a sustained assault, which has been especially intense over the last year. We’ve had the back of the Court, pushing back against spurious ethics charges, making the case for originalism, and arguing strenuously and tirelessly for the principles of free speech, separation of powers, and non-discrimination.

The Court has vindicated all of them at the end of this extraordinary term — it has been a satisfying series of victories, no doubt. But the assault is going to continue, which is why we’re asking you to support the work of some of the best writers on this stuff anywhere, including Andy McCarthy, Dan McLaughlin, Ramesh Ponnuru, and Charlie Cooke.

We’re winning — let’s keep it that way!
