In a new video for National Review, reporter Kat Timpf reacts to the news that organizers of an Easter-egg hunt at UC Berkeley made parents sign waivers for their young children. The waivers listed risks including death.
“I get that the organizers were trying to just protect themselves from lawsuits, but I’m kind of scared of where this might go,” Timpf says. “I mean, what’s next, waivers before kids are allowed to go see Santa?”
