there’s a really nasty Windows vulnerabilty out there right now — it’s been out for about 2 weeks, and already there are a crapload of spyware vendors exploiting it. Just by hitting the right website or opening an email you can get infected. Microsoft finally released a patch yesterday — run Windows update on your work and home PCs ASAFP.
I know you don’t usually announce such things on the Corner™, but this one is big enough news that you might consider it.
