On page A10, today’s Wall Street Journal has the following as a caption for a picture of several world leaders:

 

French President Nicolas Sarkozy (left) and Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva (middle) called for greater oversight and transparency in global financial markets. Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad claimed the global market turmoil was part of a Zionist conspiracy.
