In a heated back-and-forth with Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace, Senator Dick Durbin (D., Ill.) appeared to admit that the government hadn’t released any numbers on how many people were enrolled in Obamacare, but had only stated how many people (about half a million) had submitted applications for insruance. Undoubtedly, not everyone who applies will decide to sign up for the program.
