WAR UP, IMMIGRATION DOWN

Gallup has just released its latest poll on voter priorities, along with comparative information from the same question in earlier polls.  The open-ended question was, “In your view, what one or two issues should be the top priorites for the president and Congress to deal with at this time?”  The top five concerns:
